Great competent friendly professional staff in a very convenient location.

I had done some window shopping here, prior to making a purchase. They were helpful and patient while explaining the pros and cons of various units.

When I finally took the plunge (and they had some stuff in stock), the brand new receiver unit we purchased turned out to be a lemon. They've since hooked us up with a loaner to tide us over while we wait for the supply chain to catch up. Very classy.

Really great service, Jeff got our sound system working again very quickly. Very friendly and nice to work with. 10/10 would work with Jeff again!

"Andy" is an amazing business owner. I have known him for many years. He takes care of his customers with such a professional approach. You will never get such well a educated Owner in the business.
No Big Blockstore will ever compete with his products and service. All his employees have the skills in the business of top grade HIFI equipment. His brother works along side of him with just as much skill and talent that Andy carries.

I have been a customer of New England HiFi since 1985 and have bought all my equipment from Andy and have never been dissatisfied once.!!

Brought in an older receiver exhibiting some issues thinking I might need to bite the bullet and buy a new one. They recommended a cleaning first. A day later, it was ready and with some new speaker wire, the sound is exactly where it should be. Got some advice and insight and GREAT customer service.
